To the Editor:

In response to Rep. Daniel Webster’s recent piece as to why he’s resigning from Congress, even after several rereads, I can’t find any explanation as to what is his reason(s) for doing so. He says he’s still energized and mentions several areas that he’s concerned about where progress is being made but never cites any specific reason(s) for why he’s leaving. Most others in similar situations usually cite illness, family issues, lack of Congressional civility or other personal concerns. But Rep. Webster doesn’t. Why?
