Early risers in The Villages were treated to a spectacular sight Thursday morning as a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launch from Cape Canaveral created a glowing exhaust plume across the predawn sky. The unusual phenomenon, often called a “space jellyfish,” formed as the rocket’s exhaust became illuminated by sunlight high above Earth’s surface. Thanks to Ronnie Clark for sharing!
