Villagers who got some up close and personal time with conservative commentator Eric Bolling, couldn’t help but take note of his fit, muscular appearance.

Bolling, who was in The Villages on Friday for his show, Real America’s Voice, revealed that his secret weapon for staying strong and sexy at age 63 has been advice from Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Bolling has always been an athlete. He was a college baseball player and was drafted in 1984 by the Pittsburg Pirates. He was a third baseman in minor league baseball when he suffered a career-ending rotator cuff injury.

“My arm blew out and that was it,” Bolling said.

As with all of us, age began taking a toll.

Then he had RFK Jr. on his show.

“I called him after the show and he gave me the run down of what he was doing,” Bolling said.

The advice made a big difference.

“I have a testosterone regimen. I don’t really drink very much. I never smoked. I have a high-protein diet,” Bolling said.
