How did Trump win twice if elections are so ‘rigged’?

To the Editor:

A recent Letter to the Editor indicates the writer is upset the SAVE Act did not pass. This would have been a law to prove you are a citizen to vote. It is based on the lie that Democrats cheated, illegals and hundreds of dead people voted.

However, The Heritage Foundation, a right wing think tank, claimed less than

.00028% of which illegal votes occurred. In other words, not enough to change any outcome.

So can someone prove otherwise? And how did Trump win twice and Republicans now control both the House and Senate?

I guess if actual cheating can be evidenced, can we get a do over?
