To the Editor:
It is so wrong to take up handicapped parking with no permits. Why will they not issue tickets to people parking in the handicapped spots without a permit?
There are not enough handicapped parking spots anyway. They are taking up the few available spots. Why will they not issue tickets to those parking illegally?
