Roberta Robbie Parrott peacefully passed at home on Saturday June 27th 2026. She was the beloved daughter of the late Irving and Ethel Parrott of Rocky Hill Connecticut. Popular and well respected, she taught second and third grade children at Edna C Stevens School in Cromwell Connecticut for 35 years.
She was the devoted wife of the late Dennis Bourque of St Augustine Florida. To cherish her memory she leaves her best friend of 60 years Betsy Richard of the Villages Florida, her daughter Denise, and her husband Mitchell Shoemaker of Arlington Washington, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was a friend to all and will be greatly missed.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday July 9th 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at Weirsdale Presbyterian Church 16303 Southeast 137th Court Weirsdale Florida. Guests are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items for Robbie’s favorite food bank.
