To the Editor:
The intersection that is being asked to allow golf cart crossings is very dangerous. There have been multiple car accidents at that crossing, some of them fatalities. On the weekends, there is so much car traffic on County Road 462 and County Road 466A that allowing golf carts to cross would be a burden to already heavy traffic.
A tunnel would be a better alternative than just crossing the road at that location. I suggest driving your car across. It is safer.
