It is time to start doing something about bad parking in regards to handicap accommodation zones. These are the No. 1 problem.
It is time they start booting these vehicles. It works in big cities and will work here. The other parking issues also need to be booted as well. The folks who do this will only do it once. Come up with a fee: first time $25, second time $50, and so on…
