A crash was backing up traffic Friday afternoon on northbound Interstate 75 in Sumter County.The crash occurred at  Exit 329 at State Road 44 at Wildwood. As of 4:19 p.m. traffic was backed up to Mile Marker 326. The two right lanes of traffic remained blocked.
