Vehicle occupants escape injury when their cars collide at Wal-Mart

Two automobiles collided shortly before 4 p.m. Saturday at the easternmost entrance to Wal-Mart on U.S. Hwy. 27/441.

A silver Lincoln and a white Hyundai collided, but occupants of both vehicles escaped injury.

Marion County Sheriff’s Office and Marion County Fire Rescue were both called to the scene of the accident.
