James Holmes obituary

1c43c2444713e3ccJames “Jim” Holmes, 85, Lady Lake, FL died on Saturday, June 22, 2013. He was born in Buffalo, NY and moved to Florida in 1989. He was a former warehouse manager in the plumbing industry, a veteran of the U.S. Navy, a member of Lady Lake VFW and the New York State Club of Water Oak. Survivors include his wife Jayne E. Holmes, Lady Lake; 2 daughters: Sandra J. Criddle, Lewiston, NY and Diane M. McMahon, Cheektowaga, NY; 2 sisters: Margaret Applebach, West Seneca, NY and Cathy Mitchell, Buffalo, NY; 4 grandchildren: Jill, Kristen, Bryan and Ryan; 2 great grandchildren: Pauly and Lucy. He was predeceased by sisters Betty Kester and Mary Martin. A graveside service will be held at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL on Friday, June 28, 2013 at 2:00PM.
