The League of Women Voters of The Villages/Tri-County Area will host Ginger Delegal, general counsel of the Florida Association of Counties, a frequent speaker and author on topics of interest to the local government community in Florida.
Delegal is a member of the Florida Bar, recently appointed to the Executive Committee of the City, County and Local Government Section of the Bar, and the State Bar of Georgia.
Ms. Delegal will address the question “Do you live in a Charter County or a Non-Charter County and why does it matter?”

This event will take place from 10:30 a.m. to noon Monday, Nov. 18, 10:30 at the Community Bank and Trust Company, 2285 Parr Drive in The Villages.
