A 29-year-old Lady Lake man has been arrested for breaking into a Habitat for Humanity house.
Lady Lake police were called Saturday to a report of a burglary in progress at 218 Ann St.
The home is currently under construction and posted for “No Trespassing,” the arrest report indicated.
When they arrived at the house, police officers found Joshua D. Donson, who initially attempted to flee.
He has been charged with burglary to an unoccupied dwelling, possession of burglary tools, trespassing at a posted construction site, and resisting arrest without violence.
Donson was transported to the Lake County Jail. He has posted bond and been released with a Lake County court date of May 19.
