Pre-owned homes for sale
Why are Investment Companies from Texas buying pre-owned homes here in the Villages? I thought the developer had better control of who is buying homes for quick sales and profit.
I would like to see a survey done as to the percentage of people under 55 years of age buying, renting and living here. Could it now be over the 20 percent? If so, what will be done about it?
