Frankie Brin Financial (FBF) 70’s traveled to Altamonte Springs, Fl., Seminole County Softball Complex to participate in the FHCASA St. Valentine’s Day Classic Tournament on Feb. 14-15.  The team went 4-0 in the top bracket of the 70’s-plus Division.  FBF played outstanding offense and defense giving up 48 runs in 4 games while scoring 81 runs.  The team had 21 doubles, 8 triples, and 4 Home Runs.

The first game on Saturday, Frankie Brin Financial defeated Lane Construction 20-10, and in the second game won 22-18 over Fred’s Market in a tough fought battle.  The first game on Sunday Frankie Brin Financial played another team from The Village, Custom Apparel and won 25-9, and in the second game won 14 -11 over Senior Moments from Orlando to win the Championship.

John Ramage did an outstanding job pitching all 4 games except for one inning.  Tom Giles came in and wrapped it up.  Bob Thomas, Roy Hern, and Cal Allison did an excellent running for other players.
