The Cobbs won the Restricted Bat League softball summer championship and were presented with a plaque at the Buffalo Glen Softball complex. The Cobbs topped the four-team summer league play in a rain-shortened season. Dean Hooker, the team’s manager in the center of the picture, accepted the plague from Jeri Taylor, commissioner of the RBL. The Restricted Bat League only uses single-wall metal bats or wood bats.
