The CBS Evening News will be airing a piece later this month on golf cart accidents in The Villages.
The segment had been set to air on Nov. 22. However, CBS News informed Villages-News.com the piece has been delayed again.
The piece will include information on accidents, including the two fatal accidents in The Villages this year.
The first on Jan. 14 claimed the life of Francis “Buck” Hughes.
The second fatal accident occurred on Oct. 20. Villager Donald Browne died of injuries suffered in the crash. His wife, Dottie, was also seriously injured.
