Phil Walker was unanimously chosen Friday as vice chairman of the Community Development District 8 Board of Supervisors.
He was nominated by fellow board member Duane Johnson and the nomination was seconded by Dennis Hayes.
Sal Torname continues to serve as chairman of the CDD 8 board.
