Work continues on the interior of Amerikanos restaurant, soon to open in Spanish Springs Town Square.
The location, formerly the home of NY Athens restaurant, is being renovated and will be operated by the Suleiman family which runs Johnny Rockets and RedSauce restaurants in Lake Sumter Landing.
Amerikanos will have a capacity of 150 people and feature Mediterranean and American food. Customers can eat on an open patio, which will feature live music from 2-5 p.m.
