A 79-year-old Villager already banned from Villages’ facilities has been ordered to stay away from a restaurant.
Richard Hendricks, who has been arrested four times this year on trespassing charges, has been trespassed from The Pub, located at 890 Avenida Central. Management of the restaurant called Lady Lake police Friday night and said Hendricks was no longer allowed to be in the restaurant. Hendricks was advised of the trespass warning. He said he understood and was cooperative, according to information from the police department.
Hendricks, who has a number of local arrests dating back to 2008, is not allowed at facilities owned by The Villages or the Town of Lady Lake due to past behavior.
He has been arrested this year at the Rio Grande Family Pool, the swimming pool at Orange Blossom Hills Country Club and Spanish Springs Town Square. He has taken the head of Golf Management Solutions to small claims court seeking damages for “false arrest.” You can read more about that HERE
Lady Lake commissioners in 2010 declared Hendricks a “vexatious litigant” after he filed numerous lawsuits against the town.
