Mount Dora attorney Brian Welke defeated criminal defense attorney Cary Rada Tuesday in the race for Lake County judge.
Welke collected 69,119 votes to Rada’s 65,825 votes.
Welke will succeed longtime Lake County Judge Donna Miller.
