Two men have been indicted in Lake County Court in the fatal shooting this past September of a Lady Lake man.
Mark Allen Estes, 44, had been gunned down last year in the parking lot of Wal-Mart in Fruitland Park.
The grand jury has indicted Scott Bernard Thomas, of Leesburg, and Roderick Duane Haynes Jr., of Fruitland Park, on charges of first-degree murder and armed robbery.
