Marion County sheriff’s deputies were called Tuesday night to a popular beachfront restaurant after a woman says she was kissed and held against her will in the ladies restroom.
The incident occurred at about 9:45 p.m. at Eaton’s Beach Sandbar & Grill at Lake Weir, according to an incident report from the sheriff’s office.
The woman told deputies the person might have been intoxicated.
