A package with insufficient postage was found to contain marijuana when it was opened by a church secretary at First Baptist Church at The Villages.
The secretary had been going through the mail Tuesday when she spotted the package addressed to Long Grove, Ill., according to an incident report from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office. The package was found to contain marijuana, rolling papers a pipe and filters.
It appeared the church’s return address had been used by whomever was attempting to send the package.
