A proposed medical complex on County Road 466 near the intersection with Rolling Acres Road could add to the existing pressure on the pair of busy roadways.
The complex, to be located on nearly 5 acres of land at 871 County Road 466, won approval Monday night from the Lady Lake Planning & Zoning Board.
SAP Property Holdings LLC is planning to construct a small cluster of buildings on the north side of County Road 466. The next step for the proposed development will be a pair of public hearings in March before the Lady Lake Commission.
It’s the latest project that could add to traffic at the busy intersection which is frequently the scene of accidents.
