A local golf pro continues to turn his attention to the construction of storage facilities.
Michael Girard won a favorable recommendation Tuesday from a Wildwood magistrate for a storage facility to be built on East State Road 44 and County Road 173E, approximately one half-mile east of South Buena Vista Boulevard. The property is currently owned by Potter’s House Interdenominational Global Ministries. The proposed storage facility already has been annexed into the city of Wildwood.
In 2013, Girard announced plans to do away with a scenic driving range located on Rolling Acres Road near American Legion Post 347. He built a massive storage facility now known as Rolling Acres Storage.
Girard is a Class A PGA Professional.
