An Ocala man who had just been released from jail for driving with a suspended license was arrested after he was spotted back behind the wheel near Spanish Springs.
Lorenso Joshua Reyna, 45, had been spotted this past Friday morning driving a vehicle with an expired New York license plate on U.S. Hwy. 27/441 and Main Street, according to an arrest report from the Lady Lake Police Department.
The police officer making the traffic stop, found that Reyna had eight prior convictions for driving while license suspended.
Reyna told the officer that he had just gotten out of jail and knew that his license was suspended and he was not supposed to be driving.
He was arrested on a charge of driving while license suspended and booked at the Lake County Jail.
