Donald Wayne Schoch, 76, of The Villages, FL, passed away February 19, 2018. Don was born July 5, 1941 in Williamsport, Pennsylvania to Arlene and Donald Schoch.
He spent his school years in the Hughesville/Muncy, Pennsylvania area, and joined the Army shortly after high school. While in the Army he served tours in Vietnam, Korea twice, Germany twice, and numerous stateside locations. He retired as a First Sergeant in 1982.
For the next 10 years he continued to serve as a dependent until his wife retired in 1992. Don loved life and people as evidenced by his numerous friends from around the world.
He was preceded in death by his parents and beautiful daughter Wendy. He is survived by his loving wife Glenda, sister Jean Belmont of Washington, sister-in-law Lillian (Peter) Covella and brothers-in-law Darrell (Laurie) Zorn and Ron (Bonnie) Zorn, 10 nieces and nephews and four great nieces and nephews.
