A Belleview man was arrested after allegedly making a threat about a gun during an argument on Sunday in Marion County.
Marion County sheriff’s deputies responded to a residence located on SE 58th Avenue Road in reference to a disturbance that was physical in nature, according to an arrest report. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the victim who advised that during a verbal argument, 52-year-old Bobby E. Hosch pushed the victim in the head. The victim advised that Hosch stated if he had a gun, he would shoot the victim.
Deputies spoke to Hosch who claimed the victim was annoying him by following Hosch around the residence. Hosch then pushed the victim back and away from him. Hosch did not disclose that the victim battered him.
Hosch was placed under arrest and transported to Marion County Jail.
