James Samuel ‘Sammy’ Gwaltney, went on to the big boat in the sky on April 9, 2018, surrounded by his family.
Sam served his country with two terms in Marines. He was very outgoing and a free spirit and never met a stranger. Loved by all that knew him.
Survived by his Wife, of 44, years, Glenda Gwaltney, 4 Children, Step Dad Ernest (Dinky) Foster, Sister Debbie Hamlin, Brother Timmy Gwaltney, 22 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren and 83 fishing poles.
