A Summerfield woman claims a man grabbed her arms and forcibly took her out of bed at 2 a.m. Saturday morning and argued with her before going to work, a Marion County Sheriff’s Office report states.
The woman told a deputy that said she couldn’t remember what the man was saying during the incident, but that she couldn’t immediately call for help because he took her cell phone.
The deputy reported that he didn’t have probable cause for an arrest because of conflicting statements and referred the woman to the state attorney’s office for further prosecution.
