A Marion County sheriff’s deputy was called to the Summerfield Wal-Mart Thursday after an employee reported damage to his golf cart.
According to a sheriff’s office report, the deputy met with the employee at the store, located at 17961 S. U.S. Hwy. 27/441, after he discovered that the Plexiglass windshield on golf cart was missing. The employee told the deputy he realized it had been taken when he came outside to take a break during his shift.
