Shirley Palmer Hamblen, 72, of Leesburg, FL, passed away Thursday, November 15, 2018. She was born May 18, 1946 in Dalton, Georgia to George and Ruby Palmer.
Shirley was a Creative Memories Consultant and Church Pianist.
She is survived by her husband John Hamblen.
