Todd Hawkins Egger

Todd Hawkins Egger, 69, of Wildwood, FL, passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2018. Mr. Egger was born November 9, 1949 in Cleveland, OH to Glenn and Elizabeth (Hawkins) Egger.

He served in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam. Todd retired from a Nuclear Energy Plant and moved here in 1997 from Winthrop Harbor, IL. He was an Episcopalian and enjoyed golfing and woodworking.

Survivors include his loving wife of 32 years, Debra R. Egger “Stella”; children, Arron & Melissa Egger of IL; Laura Egger of IL, Kathy & Terry Caple of VA, Becky & Keith Lakvold of WI and A.J. Nielson of IL; siblings, Glenn & Terri Egger of TX and Peg & Bob Sayer of OH; 6 grandchildren. Todd was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Zepp Egger.

Todd’s family and friends will celebrate his life at 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, December 18, 2018, with military honors being provided by the Continental Country Club Honor Guard in the Veterans Memorial at Continental Country Club followed by a reception in the Lounge.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Cornerstone Hospice, www.cshospice.org.
