Three people were transported by ambulance to The Villages Regional Hospital after a crash Wednesday afternoon on Buena Vista Boulevard.
A woman at 2:15 p.m. had been eastbound on Talley Ridge Drive making a left turn onto Buena Vista Boulevard and did not see an oncoming vehicle that was southbound on Buena Vista Boulevard, according to the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office. Her vehicle T-boned the oncoming car.
Both drivers and a passenger in the woman’s vehicle were taken to TVRH after suffering minor injuries.
The woman was ticketed on a charge of failure to yield.
