The Project Wide Advisory Committee on Monday confirmed an upcoming joint session with the Amenity Authority Committee to discuss the amenity fee deferral rate.
PWAC members will meet with the AAC at 9 a.m. March 20 at Savannah Center. The joint meeting was determined to be necessary after a Sept. 29 letter from the Developer had announced an adjustment of the contractural amenity fee as of Oct. 1.
It has been suggested that it might take more than one meeting to come to a decision.
