Karen M. “Bucky” Cummins, 62, of Wildwood, FL, passed away Sunday, January 13, 2019. Mrs. Cummins was born September 11, 1956 in Tarrytown, NY to Howard Leroy and Lorraine Evelyn (Sniffen) Adams.
She moved here in 1984 from Westchester, NY. Karen was a retired nurse and had worked at Avante of Leesburg for 17 years and Arbor Village (now Cypress Care) for 12 years.
Survivors include her loving husband of 40 years, John; son, Thomas Cummins of Wildwood; daughters, Danelle Cummins of Bushnell and Dawn M. Cummins of Wildwood; brother, Larry E. Adams of Kingman, AZ; sisters, Lorraine Pennington of Verplanck, NY and Jeanne Ruh of Verplanck, NY; 10 grandchildren, Sean, Kirsten, Thomas, Darian, Dakota, Summer, Cheyenne, Bryson, Autumn and Jaxson and 2 great-grandchildren, Hudson and Bristol.
Visitation will be 6 – 8 p.m., Friday, January 18, 2019 in the funeral home. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, January 19, 2019 in the Banks/Page-Theus Chapel. Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery, Wildwood.
