A speeding driver will have to answer in court after he was caught with marijuana in his SUV.

Enrique Estrada III, 42, of Dunnellon, had been driving a 1999 Chevrolet Suburban at 2:40 a.m. Jan. 18 when he was paced driving 63 miles per hour in a 40 mph zone, according to an arrest report from the Lady Lake Police Department. A traffic stop was initiated at the intersection of County Road 466 and State Road 500.

The officer noted that Estrada had bloodshot eyes and he consented to a search of the SUV. A bag containing 6 grams of marijuana was found under the passenger seat.
