To the Editor:
I’d like to compliment SECO on how they handled our power outage last week. I called within 5 minutes after we determined it wasn’t just our house.
I called and, of course, was directed to use my computer (which is powered by electricity). This was not an option so after listening to the prompts, I hit “0” and it connected me to a very nice customer service person.
I had my account number handy which helped her and within a very few minutes she determined there was a problem with the Lake Ella station but the power would be back by noon. It was back way before that. People are always going to complain but…..NICE JOB SECO!!!!
