A homeless trespasser was arrested at the office of The Villages Media Group in Spanish Springs Town Square.
Lady Lake police were called at 7:23 p.m. Monday to 1100 Main St. where 59-year-old Mark Allen Fontana was on property from which he had been trespassed from the previous day.
Fontana was taken into custody on a charge of trespassing and booked at the Lake County Jail. Bond was set at $1,000.
