Site plan approved for new subdivision next to the Villages of Parkwood

A special magistrate last week signed off on a planned subdivision to be located next to the Villages of Parkwood.

Wildwood’s Special Magistrate Grant Watson approved the Densan Park subdivision to be located on the west side of County Road 101, approximately three quarters of a mile north of County Road 466.

Densan Park will be located north of the Villages of Parkwood.

Densan Partners LLC has proposed to build 68 single-family detached units on 23.26 acres.

Watson’s approval means the project moves forward to the Wildwood Commission, which will take up the matter when commissioners meet at 9 a.m. Monday, May 13 at City Hall.
