To the Editor:
If The Villages are interested in entertaining VIP’s for the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, here’s an idea.
Put a tree up at the Polo Field where there is ample room for tents, tables, appetizers, and even a band. I think there may even be a ticket booth already there where one could purchase that last-minute seat. The rest of us can celebrate as we always have, enjoying the simple things in life.
