Although I am interested in apartment living, I have little interest in paying any amenity fees. A pool, a gym are sufficient.
I find the amenity fees are structured as a “General” fee for property owners whether you have three to four occupants using all the amenities or just a “single” owner! The fee is the same and quite “unfair.” That is my main reason why I am looking into downsizing and reducing my monthly costs.
