Villages Masonic Lodge raises $500 to benefit Wildwood Soup Kitchen

After three months of canceled meetings because of the COVID-19 crisis, The Villages Masonic Lodge hit the ground running at its recent gathering in an effort to help feed the needy.

Worshipful Master Richard Koenig, of The Villages Masonic Lodge, recently presented Barb McManus with a check to benefit the Wildwood Soup Kitchen. He was joined by Senior Warden James Hawkins and Senior Deacon David Windmiller.

The Masons quickly raised $500 to help support the Wildwood Soup Kitchen. Worshipful Master Richard Koenig presented Barb McManus with a check while Senior Warden James Hawkins and Senior Deacon David Windmiller helped out.

The Soup Kitchen is one of the many local charities the Masons support. For more information, call (352) 492-2771.
