Luke Courtemanche, you are absolutely right. All the newcomers should pay their way into the community.
Why should current residents pay with higher taxes for infrastructure to encourage more people to come? Newcomers should be required to pay their way into the community. Almost out of control with newcomers already. Put the impact fees where they belong, on the developers.
