Bruce Bowler, 91, of The Villages, Florida died Tuesday May 2, 2023. He was born on February 13, 1932 in Geneva, New York. He was a retired engineer for General Electric and Anaren Microwave and moved to The Villages from Cazenovia, NY in 1995
During his time in The Villages, he enjoyed golf, bowling, pool and many card games. He was a ham radio operator with contacts over the whole world. More recently, he was a regular spectator at Division 3 Softball games in The Villages.
He is survived by daughters, Elizabeth Werner of Cody, WY, Susan Moore of Penfield, PA, sons, Charles L. Bowler of The Villages, FL, Steven B. Bowler of Hudson, MA, 15 Grandchildren, and 14 Great-Grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. James Catholic Church followed by burial at St. James Catholic Cemetery in Cazenovia, NY.
