Peter Anthony Chiasson, 81, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend to many, passed away in The Villages, Florida, on May 01, 2023.
Peter is survived by his wife of 59 years Mary Lou; two children Peter J and Michelle (husband Joachim) Heldens; 4 grandchildren, Jack, Bennett and Sydney Heldens and Ryan Chiasson. He also leaves brother Ronnie (wife Maureen), sister Ann (husband Bob Kruzlic) and many nieces and nephews.
He was born and raised in Massachusetts, attending UMASS for his engineering degree and Clark University for his MBA. He worked throughout the US for several large corporations, and had an exciting and successful career.
He was a visionary, entrepreneur, executive, golf pro, professor, comedian, hunter, motorcycle enthusiast, pilot, avid boater, napper extraordinaire and founder of the Ryder Cup in Europe.
He loved his life here, and made many wonderful new friends and neighbors. He will be missed by all.
A private Celebration of Life was held on May 28, 2023.
