Donald Allen Cooper, 71, passed away in Webster, Florida on January 31, 2025.
He was born in Wauchula, Florida on June 23, 1953 to Herman Sr. and Avis Mae Cooper. Donald came from a large family and he was a very compassionate, content, and a God-Fearing man. He enjoyed helping animals, fishing, hunting, farming, working, and fixing cars. He was a graduate of Hardee High School, where he played football and was active in youth fellowship at BG Methodist Church in Bowling Green FL.
He was also baptized there and remained a lifelong member. Next, he enlisted in the Air Force and served his country during war time. He proudly remained self-employed for most of his life.
He is survived by his sons: Ryan Butler (Quynh) of Lakeland, Florida, and Donnie Cooper (Nadiia) of Panama City, Florida; grandchildren: Chloe and Lincoln; brother: Ernest Cooper (Sheryl) of Fort Meade, Florida; sister: Beverly Hines (Eric) of Lakeland, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Avis Mae Cooper, and his brothers, Bobby and Junior Cooper.
