Last week, President Trump announced he had secured historic trade agreements that put American workers, farmers, and manufacturers first.
On Thursday, President Trump announced that the United States and United Kingdom had reached a trade deal that will open $5 billion of increased market access for American exports, particularly for American farmers, ranchers, and producers.
Over the weekend, the Trump Administration announced a breakthrough trade agreement had been reached with China that opens market access for American exports and sets a path forward for future discussions. This agreement retains reciprocal tariffs on Chinese imports, ensuring our trade policy prioritizes American workers and supply chains.
Both of these deals demonstrate the success of President Trump’s America First trade policy that seeks to protect American jobs, protect our industries, and ensure that our trade policies work for the American people.
