A homeowner at 2015 Cipriano Place in the Village of Santo Domingo could face fines over his dead grass.

A complaint was received April 14 by Community Standards about missing grass and trash at the home. When Community Standards spoke with Garcia, he said the home had recently been stuccoed and the trash would be removed.

He removed the trash and planted grass seed, which did not work.

Garcia, who purchased the home in 2024 for $254,900, has been ordered to correct the problem with the missing grass within 30 days. If he fails to do so, he will be fined $150, followed by daily $50 fines until the home is brought back into compliance.
